At Guiding Tech, our journey is rooted in decades of experience across the IT landscape. From securing critical infrastructure in defense and higher education to managing complex networks for inter-continental companies and ISPs, we have spent our careers solving technical challenges for enterprises and small businesses alike. This broad background allows us to design practical, high-level solutions that are grounded in real-world application.
In the past, we have worked with various managed service providers. While those relationships were often great, we noticed a recurring gap: it was nearly impossible to find a partner that truly addressed the complete needs of a small business without an enterprise pricetag. Whether it was computers, cloud transitions, security cameras, structured wiring, or staff training, most providers only offered pieces of the puzzle.
Our founder, Eddie, built Guiding Tech to change that. Our mission is to make a full-service technical offering accessible and affordable for micro and small businesses. We provide as much or as little support as you need, ensuring your technology doesn't just work—it works FOR you.
When not guiding his team and customers. You will find him coaching, whichever sport is in season, teaching his three children to embrace their passions and doing life with his best friend, wife, and better half.
